Acceptable Usage Policy

0.3. Child Exploitation: We have a zero-tolerance policy for the storage, distribution, or promotion of child exploitation material. Any user found to be engaging in such activities will have their account terminated immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.
0.4. Harassment and Abuse: Users must not use our services to engage in the harassment, bullying, or abuse of others. This includes, but is not limited to, sending threatening messages or engaging in hate speech.
0.5. Fraudulent Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to identity theft, credit card fraud, and impersonating another person or entity.
0.6. Resource Abuse: Users must not abuse or excessively utilize Webpundits’ shared server resources in a manner that negatively impacts other users or the performance of our services.
0.7. Adult Content: Users must not use our services to distribute, store, or promote adult content, including pornography or explicit materials, without proper age verification measures in place.
0.8. Malware and Viruses: Users must not use our services to distribute, store, or promote malware, viruses, or any other harmful software.
0.9. Spam: Users must not use our services to send unsolicited commercial messages, bulk emails, or any other form of spam.
3. Monitoring and Enforcement
We reserve the right to monitor user activities and investigate any alleged violations of this AUP.
We may take any necessary actions to enforce this policy, including, but not limited to:
0.1. Suspending or terminating user accounts without prior notice.
0.2. Removing or disabling access to content that violates this policy.

4. Liability
By using Webpundits’ services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webpundits, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of this AUP, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
