Our Story
In 2010, we were just like you – in need of a remote desktop to manage our client’s files and accounts.
We sifted through the vast sea of internet options and shortlisted a few promising providers. With hopeful hearts, we placed our first order.
The ordering process was a breeze, and we were delighted to receive our server within 72 hours.
But, as we began to use it, we found that the CPU and disk usage were skyrocketing, grinding our work to a slow crawl.
Reaching out to the provider, we were reassured a fix was on the horizon. And, indeed, for half a week, things seemed to settle down… until the same problem popped up again.
To our surprise, we discovered our server was juggling more than 50 remote desktop slots! It was then we decided to try a different provider.
Sadly, the story was much the same, no matter which provider we turned to. We met more high usage issues, uncooperative refund policies, and customer service was like an oasis in the desert – seemingly nonexistent.
One fine morning, as we sat down for breakfast, we found ourselves mulling over the recurring problems with the remote desktop hosting industry.
We were exhausted, but also inspired. We realized the industry was ripe for a change, and who better to bring that change than us?
So, in 2013, we set out on an exciting journey and started our own company, Webpundits.
With a brand name in place, we began promoting ourselves on various online platforms, committing to one clear promise: We will never oversell our servers.
We aimed to provide reliable performance for every user, a breath of fresh air in an industry we felt was losing its way.
As the years passed, our dedication and commitment reaped rewards. Our customer base grew rapidly, as people shared their positive experiences with friends and peers.
Word of mouth spread like wildfire, and soon, our clients were asking for more. They wanted dedicated servers and Bluestacks RDP, so we eagerly expanded our offerings in 2019 to meet their needs.
Today, we are proud to serve over 60,000 customers across 50 different countries.
