I don't have permission to install a Program on the RDP

Except Encoding RDP, Admin Permissions are not offered. You will only be able to run programs that are preinstalled on the RDP. You can check them via Start and then all programs.

You have a program that you'd like to use, feel free to open a support ticket and provide us the installation link. Failure to provide this will result in a decline of your request.

An example of a request would be:

I would like to install Google Chrome. The installation file is located on my desktop.

Please beware and be warned that we are able to reject your requests for programs should we deem them unsafe or troubling on the rest of the clients on the server.
